摘    要:对变桨轴承软带及变形计算的原理进行描述.以某大型风电机组变桨轴承为研究对象,采用有限元的方式在变桨轴承不同角度施加极限载荷和疲劳载荷,计算不同角度下变桨轴承内外圈的最大相对位移.基于该位移的大小确定轴承软带的设计位置及后续加工过程中软带位置处的打磨量,从而避免在风机运行过程中由于软带位置受载而导致的轴承损伤.

Abstract:The principles of pitch bearing soft belt and deformation calculation were described. Taking a large wind turbine rotor bearing as the research object, the finite element method was used to apply the limit load and fatigue load on the pitch bearing at different angles, and the maximum relative displacements of pitch bearing inner and outer rings at different angles were calculated. Based on the displacement, the design position and the grinding amount at the position of the bearing soft belt in the subsequent processing were determined, so the bearing damage caused by the load on the soft belt position during the operation of the wind turbine was avoided.
