摘    要:结合工程实例,针对旋挖灌注桩桩顶出现渗水的现象,根据灌注桩的成桩工艺,分析灌注桩桩顶渗水原因,结合桩基检测结果,评估渗水对桩身承载力及耐久性的影响,提出了几种有效的处理方法,成功解决了渗水问题,并给出了预防桩顶渗水的措施,可为同类工程提供较好的参考。

Analysis on Water Leakage from the Top of Rotary Drilling Cast-in-situ Pile in a Thermal Power Plant in Vietnam

Abstract:This paper illustrate engineering case, according to water leakage phenomenon from the top of cast-in-situ pile, combining the pile forming technique and the pile testing result to analyze the cause of water leakage from the top of cast-in-situ pile, assessing the influence of the pile bearing capacity and durability from the water leakage, proposed some treatment measure and preventive measure, and solve the problem successfully which can be a good reference for the other similar project.
