摘    要:为研究滑靴副弹流润滑机制,对柱塞泵滑靴副油膜动态特性进行数值模拟。建立滑靴副油膜的离散化模型,通过求解滑靴副油膜雷诺方程,获得油膜压力分布;考虑滑靴副油膜厚度、油膜压力分布与滑靴动力学之间的耦合关系,通过求解滑靴动力学方程组获得油膜厚度变化率,更新滑靴副油膜动态压力分布和油膜厚度。利用MATLAB软件进行仿真模拟,分析滑靴副油膜动态压力分布和厚度变化规律,揭示滑靴副油膜动态特性。研究结果为提高滑靴副油膜承载能力和降低柱塞泵功耗提供参考。

Abstract:In order to study the mechanism of the elastohydrodynamic lubrication of the slipper, the dynamic characteristics of the oil film of the piston pump slipper were numerically simulated. A discretization model of the slippery oil film was established, the oil film pressure distribution was obtained by solving the Reynolds equation of the skid oil film; the coupling relationship between the oil film thickness of the slipper, the pressure distribution of the oil film and the dynamics of the slipper was considered, the oil film thickness change rate was obtained by solving the slipper dynamics equations, and the dynamic pressure distribution and oil film thickness of the slippery sub-oil film were updated. MATLAB software was used for simulation to analyze the dynamic pressure distribution and thickness variation rule of oil film of the slipper and reveal the dynamic characteristics of oil film of the slipper. The research results provide reference for improving the oil film bearing capacity of slipper and reducing power consumption of the piston pump.
