摘    要:"首领公馆.首座"广场属深大基坑支护工程。考虑到工程周边环境复杂,开挖范围内存在厚大的填土层,填土层性质不均,属不良地质条件,采用放坡卸载桩锚、土钉的联合支护方案,旋挖钻孔灌注桩咬合水泥土桩周边封闭止水帷幕,坑内止降水技术。结果表明,各侧边坡位移很小,均满足了设计要求,地下水也得到有效地控制。

Abstract:"Captain Mansion-Master Building" square is a deep and large foundation pit supporting engineering.Considering complex environmental context and adverse geological conditions,e.g.thick filling stratum within excavation scope and uneven nature of filling stratum,etc.,various construction methods are adopted,such as supporting method of sloping unloading pile anchor plus soil nail,water-stop diaphragm wall sealed around rotary drilled and bored pile interlocked with cement-soil pile,as well as water-stop and dewatering techniques in foundation pit.After construction,it is proved that each side slope has only a slight displacement,which satisfies the design requirements,and that groundwater is also effectively controlled.
