轴压混凝土柱受火试验研究

摘    要:通过对3根轴压混凝土柱进行受火试验研究,分析了混凝土柱的受火反应和破坏状态,测试了截面温度场的分布和柱的轴向变形。试验结果表明:高温作用下,混凝土柱承载能力迅速降低,主要体现在混凝土截面承载力衰减、变形增大和工作性能的衰减和破坏等。应用ANSYS有限元程序,对柱截面内部温度场的分布进行了模拟计算,数值模拟计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。提出了适用于工程实际应用的混凝土柱受火承载力简化计算模型,通过试验和理论分析比较表明,建议的受火承载力计算式正确可靠。

Abstract:The full-scale fire tests of three RC columns under axial load were carried out with standard heating curves.The immediate reactions and collapse states of tested columns were analyzed and the temperature distribution of sections and axial deformations were measured.The degradation of bearing capacity of RC columns was found mainly on the following respects: the degradation of concrete strength,the increase of axial deformations and the destructions of working performances.Computer simulation compiled by author was done using the finite element method.The numerical results agree well with test data.A simplified calculation formula is put forward for RC column bearing capacity under fire,which is proved to be reliable according to the comparisons between test record and calculation results.
