摘    要:桨毂是直升机的关键件,其寿命直接关系到直升机的寿命。基于ANSYS软件,计算某无人直升机桨毂在一次飞行任务中各组载荷下的应力水平,以Lagrange插值法拟合材料手册中S-N曲线,得到桨毂在每组应力水平下的疲劳寿命循环数,再根据Miner损伤累积理论,计算桨毂在该飞行任务时的可用小时数。将上述算法,编译生成可执行文件,实现桨毂寿命计算的自动化。

Abstract:Blade hub is the key component of unmanned helicopter and is the main factor which influences the life of helicopter.Based on ANSYS,the stress has been solved under each load in a typical rotor connector’s load spectrum.S-N curve under each stress are fitted from S-N curve of material handbook,via Lagrange interpolation method.Then damage is computed by Miner cumulative rules.Finally,fatigue life can be converted,via relationship of damage and this load spectrum.Meanwhile,a program,which contains steps mentioned above,is built to compute the fatigue life for blade hub automatically.
