摘    要:根据双离合自动变速器(DCT)硬件在环仿真试验台通信需求,提出了基于CAN总线的试验台数据交互解决方案。以CAN2.0规范为基础,制定了适用于试验台CAN总线网络的应用层协议。为实现目标机与变速器电子控制单元(TCU)之间的CAN数据通信,设计了一款数据转换卡,根据所制定的应用层协议封装、解析CAN数据,采用实时中断方式保证数据通信的同步要求。

Abstract:According to the communication requirements of dual clutch transmission(DCT) hardware-in-the-loop test bench,a method of data exchange based on CAN bus is proposed.CAN 2.0 communication protocol is used to establish the application layer protocol of the CAN bus for the test bench.A data conversion card is designed in order to implement CAN communication between transmission control unit(TCU) and target computer.CAN data is encapsulated and resolved on the data conversion card on the basis of the application layer protocol.Synchronous data communication is ensured by real-time interrupts.
