摘    要:介绍了一种用于螺旋滚筒铣刨收集机械的三点支撑悬架系统,该系统能够适应横向±10°以内的坡度变化、实现±15°的转向功能。利用SolidWorks COSMOSWorks有限元分析法,模拟了轴承载后的应力,位移情况,优化了轮轴系统,设计了一种空心渐变轴,在保证其基本承载要求及力学安全的基础上,减轻了重量,降低了成本。

Abstract:A new suspension system with three-point bracing applied to helical drum milling collection machine was introduced in this paper, which could travel freely when the road transverse gradient is less than ±10° and realize steering function within ±15°. A hollow graded axle according to practical working conditions was designed and optimized by using finite element analysis based on SolidWorks COSMOSWorks. The stress and displacement statement were simulated under the condition of static load. In addition, via this way, the weight of suspension system and the costs of device were decrease, on the premise that ensure primary load requirements and mechanics safety.
