摘    要:大跨度楼盖结构人员舒适度控制指标为竖向振动频率及竖向振动加速度。以黑龙江中医药大学文体中心B区的57 m×39 m+57 m×36 m双跨多层(地下1层、地上3层)工程为例,利用环境激励,采用频域法模态拟合方法对该结构进行了现场竖向振动模态测试,获得了该楼盖结构前4阶竖向自振频率、振型及竖向加速度,并采用有限元方法对结果进行了分析与评价。研究结果表明:楼盖竖向1阶振动频率的有限元分析和测试结果均满足现行规范要求;楼盖竖向峰值加速度实测结果满足小于0.005g的要求,不会引起人体的不舒适;有限元方法计算频率比实测结果偏高,是因约束条件不同所致,故设计中需要考虑楼盖与柱的刚性连接。

Abstract:Large span slab structure has appropriate stiffness, quality and damping. The vertical frequency and vibration acceleration are indices for vertical vibration comfort control. The Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine Amusement and Sports Center area B, which is a two-bay and multi-story structure (one underground level and three levels above the ground) was studied by using environmental excitation and the field modal test was carried out by using frequency domain method modal fitting method. The first four order vertical vibration frequencies, vibration modes and vertical acceleration were obtained. The results were analyzed and evaluated by using the finite element method. The results of the study show that floor vertical first order vibration frequency calculation and test results meet the latest standard requirements well. The floor vertical acceleration test results is less than 0.005g, which will not cause discomfort. The frequency by the finite element method is higher than test results because of different constraint conditions. The rigid connection of floor and columns needs to be considered in the design.
