摘    要:考察不同载体负载Pt催化剂对生物油轻质组分水相重整(APR)反应的催化性能,并采用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、NH3程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD)、N2低温吸附(BET)和热重(TG)技术对催化剂进行表征。结果表明:较宽的酸强度分布和适量的酸位和较小的Pt颗粒,有利于生物油轻质组分的APR反应制氢;Pt/Al2O3对水相重整反应有较高的催化活性和氢气选择性,10 mL生物油轻质组分和30 mL水在533 K反应4 h后可产生554 mL的气体,其中氢气体积分数可达65%。

Abstract:The effects of different supports on aqueous-phase reforming(APR) of low-boiling fraction(LBF) for hydrogen production were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),NH3 temperature-programmed desorption(NH3-TPD),low-temperature nitrogen adsorption-desorption technique(BET) and thermogravimetry(TG).The results showed that the catalyst with wide acid intensity distribution,moderate amount of acid and smaller Pt particles was suitable to produce hydrogen by APR of bio-oil low boiling fraction,and the Pt/Al2O3 catalyst exhibited better activity.554 mL gaseous products were collected and volume fraction of hydrogen in the gaseous products was up to 65% under the conditions of LBF 10 mL,water 30 mL,reaction temperature 533 K and reaction time 4 h.
