钢柱脚锚栓连接受剪性能试验研究

摘    要:对锚栓连接受剪性能进行试验研究,制作了5组共15个试件,考虑了锚栓的直径、柱底板厚度和底板锚栓孔径与锚栓直径之差的影响。锚栓连接受剪试验的荷载 位移曲线呈现2个转折点,可近似分为3个阶段:弹性阶段、滑移阶段和强化阶段,以锚栓基本形成塑性铰与锚栓孔壁和锚栓顶紧两个状态作为分界点。试验结果表明,柱底板厚度越大,锚栓连接受剪承载力设计值和界面抗滑移刚度越小;锚栓孔径和锚栓直径之差对滑移阶段的长度有显著的影响,对承载力影响较小。以试验荷载 位移曲线的第一转折点对应的荷载作为锚栓连接的受剪承载力设计值,提出了计算式,同时提出锚栓连接极限承载力的计算公式。

Abstract:This paper reports an experimental study on shear behavior of anchor bolt connection at column bases.Totally 15 specimens in 5 groups were tested where the bolt diameter,the thickness of base plates and difference between diameters of the bolt hole at base plate and bolt were varied.The load-slip curves typically show two characteristic loads,respectively corresponding to the states of the formation of plastic hinges in the bolts and the contact between the bolt holes and bolts.Considering the two characteristic loads,the loading history may be divided into 3 stages: the elastic,slipping and hardening stages.The results indicate that the shear strength and slipping stiffness of the connections are significantly reduced with the increase of the thickness of base plate.The size of the bolt hole has significant effect on the stiffness and duration of the slipping stage while slight effect on the shear strength.A solution is then presented for the calculation of the shear strength of the anchor bolt connections considered in this paper,based on the first characteristic load on the test load-slip curves.The method for estimating the ultimate load of these connections is also proposed.
