基于区间分析的锈蚀钢筋混凝土结构使用寿命预测

钢筋锈蚀程度具有很大的不确定性，为体现锈蚀不确定性对结构寿命预测结果的影响，将区间分析方法引入锈蚀钢筋混凝土结构的使用寿命预测。首先，对区间分析的基础知识及区间参数问题的求解方法作简单介绍，针对区间运算法则导致运算结果区间扩张的缺陷，优化方法是求解区间参数问题的有效方法；其次，基于钢筋锈蚀过程的确定性预测模型，采用区间数描述结构参数及环境参数，提出结构锈蚀损伤的区间预测方法；再根据选取的使用寿命终结标准，提出结构使用寿命的区间预测方法。工程实例分析表明，该方法分析过程简单，不需要建立不确定参数的概率模型，分析结果以区间形式给出，预测结果较概率方法更直观，易于接受。

Service life prediction of corroded RC structures based on interval analysis

Corrosion degree of a reinforcing bar is a great uncertainty.In order to reflect impacts of uncertain corrosion on life prediction of RC structures,interval analysis was introduced into service life prediction of corroded RC structures.Firstly,fundamental knowledge about interval analysis and its solving method were introduced.To avoid interval overestimation caused by interval computation principle,optimization method is an effective method to solve interval problems.Secondly,based on the certain prediction model of steel corrosion process,interval number was used to describe structural parameters and environmental parameters,and interval prediction method for structural damage caused by steel corrosion was proposed.Finally,termination criterion for service life was determined,and interval prediction method for service life prediction of corroded RC structures was put forward.The method was used to analyze an actual structure,and the analysis result indicates that the analysis process without probability model of uncertain parameters is simple and the interval result is visual and easy to accept.
