摘    要:内蒙古伊旗全民健身体育中心屋顶采用大跨度索穹顶结构,其施工精确模拟难度较大。针对工程施工方案,采用机械多刚体系统动力学分析方法,实现了对索穹顶结构整个施工过程的动态模拟。该施工模拟技术的特点是能获得在整个仿真时间段内所有构件的位置、速度、方位和内力值随着时间的连续变化曲线,即每一时刻整个结构体系的形状和预应力分布,可以检验是否有力学指标突变或机构锁死的问题。通过动态模拟结果和现场监测结果的对比分析,证明了该施工模拟技术的正确性。

Abstract:The structural system of cable dome is adopted in the building roof of the National Fitness Center in Ejin Horo Banner,Inner Mongolia.The accurate simulation of the cable dome roof construction is very difficult.In accordance with the construction plan,the method of mechanical multibody system dynamics analysis is used to conduct the complete dynamic simulation of the whole construction process of the cable dome roof.To carry out the dynamic simulation,the time dependent changes are monitored in terms of the position,velocity,orientation and internal force of every structural member.The tendency of the transformation in system shape and prestressing force distribution is shown.The risks of sudden changes in some mechanical properties or appearance of deadlocked mechanism are also checked.The comparative analysis of the dynamic simulation results and the on-site measurements show the correctness of the proposed method.
