非平原城市排洪规划技术路线研究

摘    要:对非平原城市的防洪排涝规划进行了新的诠释和定义,通过对排洪规划重现期的选择、城区洪峰流量的推求方法、排洪规划方案的确定、城市内河水面线的计算以及排洪规划与城市竖向规划之间的配合等方面的研究,提出了非平原城市排洪规划的初步技术框架.

Abstract:A new definition of flood control and waterlogging drainage planning for the non-plain cities is provided.An initial technical framework of the flood control and waterlogging drainage planning for the non-plain cities is put forward based on the choice of flood return period,the calculation of flood peak flow,the determination of the planning,the calculation of water surface line of urban rivers and the coordination between the flood control and waterlogging drainage planning and the urban vertical planning...
