| 摘 要： | 对非平原城市的防洪排涝规划进行了新的诠释和定义,通过对排洪规划重现期的选择、城区洪峰流量的推求方法、排洪规划方案的确定、城市内河水面线的计算以及排洪规划与城市竖向规划之间的配合等方面的研究,提出了非平原城市排洪规划的初步技术框架.
