油套管螺纹接头密封面粘扣试验与分析

摘    要:为了研究油套管螺纹接头不同密封结构参数与密封面粘扣的关系,以Φ346.08 mm×15.88 mm P110套管特殊螺纹接头为例,设计了不同的密封面参数,并进行实物上、卸扣试验,通过试验分析提出可以用摩擦功这一量化指标来表征密封面抗粘扣性能。研究表明,当摩擦功小于387 kJ时,粘扣风险较低;密封结构不匹配会导致密封面接触发生“犁削效果”,即使摩擦功很小也会发生粘扣,属于非正常摩擦磨损。

Abstract:In order to study the relationship between different sealing structural parameters of oil and casing threaded connections and sealing surface gluing, taking the premium threaded casing of Φ346.08 mm×15.88 mm P110 as an example, different sealing surface parameters were designed, and physical test of make?p and break?ut test and analysis were carried out. Through the test analysis, it is proposed that the quantitative index of friction work can be used to characterize the anti?luing performance of the sealing surface. The research shows that when the friction work is less than 387 kJ, the risk of gluing is low. The mismatch of the sealing structure will lead to the ploughing cutting effect in the sealing surface contact, and even if the friction work is very small, the gluing will occur, which is abnormal friction and wear.
