摘    要:极端天气会导致主动配电网出现多处故障,给电力系统的安全稳定运行带来了严重挑战。提出一种考虑可分离式移动储能系统(SMESS)的多阶段配电网(DS)弹性提升策略。首先,在主动防御阶段采用主动孤岛划分和储能模块(ESM)定位提高DS在极端事件来临时的抵御能力;其次,在故障渗透阶段对故障区域进行识别,在故障隔离阶段隔离故障阻断故障传播;然后,在负荷恢复阶段利用SMESS的时空特性与分布式电源(DG)协调配合对失电负荷进行供电恢复;最后,将该模型在IEEE33节点系统上进行仿真验证,采用GUROBI求解器对模型进行求解,仿真结果验证了该策略的有效性。

Abstract:Extreme weather can lead to multiple faults in active distribution system, which brings serious challenges to the safe and stable operation of power system. The resilience improvement strategy for multi-stage distribution system (DS) is proposed considering separable mobile energy storage system (SMESS). Firstly,active islanding and energy storage module (ESM) positioning are used to improve the DS′s ability to resist extreme events in the active defense phase. Secondly,the fault area is identified in the fault penetration stage, isolate the fault in the fault isolation stage to block the fault propagation. Then,in the load recovery stage,SMESS and distributed generation (DG) are used to cooperate with each other to restore the power supply of the lost load. Finally,the model is simulated and verified in IEEE33 node system, the GUROBI solver is used to solve the model and the simulation results verify the effectiveness of the strategy.
