基于CAN和ZigBee技术的采煤机远程监测系统研究

摘    要:远程监测系统在保障采煤机运行稳定性和可靠性方面发挥着重要作用。基于CAN总线技术和ZigBee无线网络技术设计了监测系统,系统可分为井下和井上两部分。在综合考虑矿井实际情况的基础上,在井下基于ZigBee无线网络进行数据传输,在井下和井上之间基于CAN总线技术进行数据传输。两种数据传输模块中使用的芯片型号分别为CC2530和STM32F103BET6。软件程序方面,主要对ZigBee模块中的协调器节点、路由节点和终端节点的工作流程以及CAN总线模块中节点1的基本工作流程进行了分析研究。将系统部署到工程实践中,经调试和应用发现取得了良好的效果,具有良好的监测精度,使得采煤机的运行故障率降低了20%以上,经济效益显著。

Abstract:The remote monitoring system plays an important role in ensuring the stability and reliability of shearer operation.The monitoring system is designed based on CAN bus technology and ZigBee wireless network technology.The system can be divided into two parts:downhole and uphole.On the basis of comprehensively considering the actual situation of the mine,data transmission is carried out based on ZigBee wireless network downhole,and data transmission is carried out based on CAN bus technology between downhole and uphole.The chip models used in the two data transmission modules are CC2530 and STM32F103BET6 respectively.In terms of software program,the work flow of coordinator node,routing node and terminal node in ZigBee module and the basic work flow of node 1 in CAN bus module are analyzed and researched.The system is deployed in engineering practice,and it is found that good results have been achieved after debugging and application,and it has good monitoring accuracy,which reduces the operating failure rate of the shearer by more than 20%,and the economic benefits are significant.
