基于PLC控制器的煤矿通风机监控系统研究

通风机是煤矿中的重要安全装置，对运行稳定性提出了较高的要求。在对煤矿通风系统进行概述的基础上，结合实际情况基于PLC控制器设计了通风机的监测系统。系统主要是利用专业传感器对风机的运行状态(包括风压、风量、温度、振动状态等)进行监测，再利用S7-300型PLC控制器根据监测结果判断通风机的状态，并对通风机的运行情况进行调整，使之更切合矿井的实际情况。基于STEP 7编程平台对S7-300型PLC控制器的软件程序进行设计，重点对通风机的启动工作流程、倒机工作流程以及反风控制流程的软件程序进行了介绍。监控系统的成功实践应用，显著提升了通风系统的运行可靠性，同时降低了设备的能源消耗，达到了预期效果。

Research on monitoring system of coal mine ventilator based on PLC controller

Ventilator fans play an important safety device in coal mines，which puts forward higher requirements for operation stability.On the basis of an overview of the coal mine ventilation system，combined with the actual situation，the monitoring system of the ventilator fans was designed and researched based on the PLC controller.The system mainly uses professional sensors to detect the operating status of the ventilator fan，including wind pressure，air volume，temperature，vibration status，etc.，and then uses the S7-300 PLC controller to judge the status of the ventilator fans according to the test results，and adjust the operation of the fan to make it more suitable for the actual situation of the mine.Based on the STEP 7 programming platform，the software program of the S7-300 PLC controller was designed，and the software programs of the ventilator fans startup workflow，the ventilator fans shut down workflow and the reverse wind control process were introduced.The successful practical application of the monitoring system has significantly improved the operational reliability of the ventilation system，while reducing the energy consumption of the equipment，achieving the desired effect.
