摘    要:对煤矿中使用的带式输送机在线监测及故障诊断系统进行了研究,首先对系统的整体方案进行了设计,包含胶带沿线设备和主控制器两大部分,两者之间利用八芯电缆进行连接,实现数据交互。对胶带沿线控制模块中包含的下位机模块、沿线急停模块、扩音电话模块和终端采集模块进行研究,对系统的主要软件程序进行了设计。通过实验发现故障诊断正确率可以达到95%,能满足实际使用要求。将设计的系统部署到煤矿工程实践中,经现场测试发现功能都能正常实现,达到了预期效果。

Abstract:The online monitoring and fault diagnosis system of belt conveyors used in coal mines was studied.First,the overall scheme of the system was designed,including the equipment along the belt and the main controller,which used an eight-core cable to connect to realize data exchange.The lower computer module,the emergency stop module along the line,the loudspeaker telephone module and the terminal acquisition module included in the control module along the belt were studied,and the main software program of the system was designed.Through experiments,it was found that the correct rate of fault diagnosis can reach 95%,which can meet the actual use requirements.The designed system was deployed in the practice of coal mine engineering,and it was found that the functions could be realized normally through the field test,achieved the expected results.
