钢制环氧套筒修复油气长输管道缺陷相关标准对比分析

钢制环氧套筒因其具有施工难度低、适用范围广的特点，在国内油气长输管道缺陷修复补强中被广泛应用。国内多项涉及管道缺陷修复补强的标准均对缺陷类型和相应的修复补强方法做出规定，但对采用钢制环氧套筒修复管道缺陷的规定不一致。对国内常用的5项油气管道完整性管理及修复标准进行对比，分析了各项标准中关于钢制环氧套筒修复管道缺陷的方法，并针对不同缺陷类型给出了修复建议，为现场管道缺陷修复工作提供参考。

Comparison and Analysis of Relevant Standards for Repairing Defects of Oil and Gas Long Distance Pipeline with Steel Epoxy Sleeve

Steel epoxy sleeve is widely used in the repair and reinforcement of defects in domestic oil and gas long?istance pipeline due to its low construction difficulty and wide application range. Many domestic standards related to the repair and reinforcement of pipeline defects have stipulated the defect types and corresponding repair and reinforcement methods, but the provisions for repairing pipeline defects with steel epoxy sleeves are different in the standards. The five commonly used integrity management and repair standards for oil and gas pipelines in China are compared, the methods of repairing pipeline defects with steel epoxy sleeves in various standards analyzed, and repair suggestions for different defect types are given, so as to provide reference for on?ite pipeline defect repair work.
