基于PLC的煤矿提升机变频调速系统研究

摘    要:将先进的PLC控制技术和变频调速技术应用到煤矿提升机工程实践中,设计了变频调速控制系统。系统以PLC控制器为核心,同时辅助其他外围硬件设施,实现提升机运行状态监测和运行速度精确稳定控制。系统中选用的是FX2N系列PLC控制器,对传感器和行程开关的数量及安装位置等进行了详细设计。PLC控制软件程序方面基于模块化思想设计,重点对控制子程序、深度和速度检测子程序、模拟量信号采集子程序进行了设计。将变频调速系统应用到工程实践中,达到了预期效果,使得设备的故障率降低了15%,节能效果提升了20%,安全效益和经济效益显著。

Abstract:The advanced PLC control technology and frequency conversion speed regulation technology were applied to the engineering practice of coal mine hoists,and the frequency conversion speed regulation control system was designed.The system takes the PLC controller as the core and assists other peripheral hardware facilities to realize the detection of the running state of the hoists and the accurate and stable control of the running speed.The FX2N series PLC controller was selected in the system,and the number and installation position of sensors and travel switches were designed in detail.The PLC control software program is designed based on the idea of modularization,focusing on the design of the control subroutine,the depth and speed detection subroutine,and the analog signal acquisition subroutine.The application of the frequency conversion speed regulation system to engineering practice has achieved the expected effect,reducing the failure rate of the equipment by 15%,increasing the energy saving effect by 20%,and achieving significant safety and economic benefits.
