摘    要:张紧系统是带式输送机的构成部分,其性能会影响设备的运行可靠性。以煤矿工作面中使用的DSJ160/350/3×500型带式输送机为研究对象,基于先进的变频技术设计了自动张紧系统。系统主要是通过电机、张紧滚筒、钢丝绳和滑轮组等对张紧小车的行程进行控制。整个过程中利用张力传感器对钢丝绳张力进行检测,并将结果实时传输到控制器中进行分析,控制器下达指令控制变频器输出电压,进而控制电机输出转速,实现闭环控制。使用的神经网络模糊PID控制技术具有良好的性能,工程实践应用表明,变频自动张紧系统达到了预期效果,创造了较好的安全、社会和经济效益。

Abstract:The tensioning system is an integral part of the belt conveyor,and its performance will affect the operational reliability of the equipment.Taking the DSJ160/350/3×500 belt conveyor used in the coal mine working face as the research object,an automatic tensioning system was designed based on the advanced frequency conversion technology.The system mainly controls the travel of the tensioning trolley through the motor,tensioning roller,wire rope and pulley block.In the whole process,the tension sensor is used to detect the tension of the wire rope,and the result is transmitted to the controller for analysis in real time.The controller issues instructions to control the output voltage of the frequency converter,thereby controlling the output speed of the motor and achieving closed-loop control.The neural network fuzzy PID control technology is used,which has good performance.Engineering practice has shown that the variable frequency automatic tensioning system has achieved the expected effect and created good safety,social,and economic benefits.
