摘    要:为有效补充地层能量、大幅提高采收率,保持油田高效开发和持续稳产,国内外油田陆续开展了气驱试验。气驱技术在保持油田高效开发和持续稳产的同时,也延长了油田生命周期,但井筒完整性是制约气驱技术发展的关键因素之一。通过分析气驱井油套管失效情况,从全生命周期角度,提出了保证井筒完整性措施以及气驱工艺下油套管选材思路,并指出在注气井或采出井采用耐蚀合金连续油管和非金属连续油管,可兼顾防腐和气密封功能,将是气驱工艺的发展方向。

Abstract:In order to supplement formation energy effectively, enhance oil recovery greatly and maintain efficient development and stable production, gas flooding tests have been carried out at home and abroad. Gas flooding technology not only maintains the efficient development and continuous and stable production of the oilfield, but also prolongs the life cycle of the oilfield. However, wellbore integrity is one of the key factors restricting the development of gas flooding technology. Through analyzing the failure of oil and casing in gas flooding wells, from the whole life cycle, the measures to ensure the integrity of the wellbore and the idea of selecting oil and casing materials under the gas flooding process are put forward, and the use of corrosion?esistant alloy and non?etallic coiled tubing in gas injection wells or production wells can take into account the functions of corrosion prevention and gas sealing, which will be the future of gas flooding technology.
