螺旋焊缝超声波相控阵检测系统参数调试

摘    要:为提高焊缝缺陷的检出率,将超声波相控阵检测技术引入螺旋埋弧焊管焊缝全自动检测中,通过重新设置声线仿真焊缝参数和缺陷检测通道,确定扇扫区域等调试措施,提升焊缝缺陷检测准确度。结果显示,通过对超声波相控阵检测设备参数调整,能够有效提升缺陷检出率,单个夹渣及气孔的发现情况得到明显改观,效果显著。

Abstract:In order to improve the detection rate of weld defects, the ultrasonic phased array detection technology is introduced into the full automatic detection of submerged?rc welded helical pipe. The detection accuracy is improved by resetting the parameters of the acoustic ray simulation weld and the defect detection channel, determining the sector scanning area and other debugging measures. The results show that the defect detection rate can be effectively improved by adjusting the equipment parameters, and the detection of single slag inclusion and porosity can be significantly improved, with significant effect.
