圆形罐钻井液固控系统的研制与应用

摘    要:针对矩形罐钻井液固控系统存在搅拌性能差、清砂及安装操作困难等问题,研制了圆形罐钻井液固控系统。该系统的圆形罐有效容积约100%,可使钻井液充分搅拌均匀;圆形罐的泵吸入口位于罐底部,能够充分吸入罐内钻井液,实现钻井液100%吸入和废液100%排放;圆柱形仓体的制作更易于实现自动化连续作业,可减轻工人的劳动强度,提高生产效率。现场应用表明,圆形罐钻井液固控系统结构流程设计合理,能够很好地满足现代钻井工艺要求。

Research and application of the drilling fluid solid control system of the round tank
Abstract:Due to the poor mixing performance of the solid control system of the rectangular tank and the difficulties of sand removal and operation,the solid control system of the round tank was developed. The round tank of the system has about 100 percent of effective volume,which can make the drilling fluid mixed evenly. The pump suction nozzle of the round tank is located at the bottom of the tank,thus inhaling the drilling fluid in the tank as much as possible and achieving 100 percent of fluid inhaling and 100 percent of waste fluid removal. The production of cylindrical storehouse makes it easier to achieve automatic continuous operation,reducing the workers’ labor intensity and improving production efficiency. The on-the-spot installment shows that the design of the workflow of the solid control system structure is reasonable and scientific,and it can well satisfy the requirements of the contemporary drilling technology.
