超高收缩腈纶膨体毛条的开发

摘    要:以 3.33 dtex,沸水收缩率大于等于 2 0 %的国产腈纶长丝束为原料 ,多区拉断机生产超高收缩腈纶膨体毛条。应用正交试验法选择拉断机的工艺条件为 :热板温度 15 0℃ ,长丝束收缩率 2 0 % ,拉伸倍数 1.46 ,生产出的毛条收缩率为 35 % ,其它质量指标均达到或超过纺织部的标准

Abstract:The domestic 3 33 dtex acrylic endless tow with boiling water shrinkage not less than 20% was used as raw material to produce super|shrinkage acrylic bulk top with multi|zone stretch|breaking machine. The process conditions of the machine were determined by orthogonal experiment: hot plate temperature 150℃, tow shrinkage 20% and draw ratio 1 46. The super|shrinkage acrylic bulk top produced had a shrinkage of 35%. The other quality index met or exceeded the standard of textile departments of China.
