聚苯乙烯/多面体倍半硅氧烷纳米复合材料的性能

摘    要:通过自由基本体聚合制备了新型聚苯乙烯/4-(2-二茂铁基乙烯基)-苯基-七异丁基多面体倍半硅氧烷(POSS1)纳米复合材料。X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)结果表明,POSS1在质量分数为1%(文中出现的百分数均为质量分数)和3%POSS1的纳米材料中以分子级分散,而在5%POSS1的聚苯乙烯复合材料中,部分POSS1以晶体形式分散于聚苯乙烯基体中。热失重分析表明聚苯乙烯/POSS1纳米材料的热稳定性增加。与纯聚苯乙烯比较,聚苯乙烯/POSS1纳米材料的玻璃化转变温度得到明显提高,同时表现了较好的综合力学性能。

Abstract:Novel polystyrene(PS) composites containing 4-(2-ferrocenylvinyl)-phenyl-heptaisobutyl) polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane(POSS1) were prepared by bulk free radical polymerization.The dispersion quality of POSS1 in the matrix of polystyrene was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results indicate that POSS1 is completely dispersed at molecular level in PS matrix when 1% and 3% POSS1 is introduced,while some POSS1-rich nanoparticals are present when content...
