PET/苯乙烯-丙烯酸钠离聚物的结晶及熔融行为

摘    要:采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)研究了离聚物苯乙烯-丙烯酸钠对聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)的结晶行为及熔融行为的影响。结果表明,苯乙烯-丙烯酸钠离聚物能够诱导PET异相成核,从而大幅度提高PET的熔融结晶温度和降低冷结晶温度,实现PET在高温区和低温区结晶速率的同时提高,并使PET在等温熔融结晶过程的Avrami指数n增加。同时,苯乙烯-丙烯酸钠的加入改变了PET的熔融行为,同等结晶温度下PET/苯乙烯-丙烯酸钠离聚物的多重熔融峰中的峰II温度值大于纯PET。

Abstract:The effect of ionomer styrene-sodium acrylate(SAA-Na) on the crystallization and melting behaviors of polyethylene terephthalate(PET) was investigated by using differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The results show that the ionomer SAA-Na can initiate heterogeneous nucleation of PET,therefore the addition of SAA-Na increases the melt-crystallization temperature and decreases the cold-crystallization temperature of PET remarkably,accelerating the crystallization rate of PET both at high temperature region a...
