熔融接枝制备LLDPE-g-GMA及其性能

摘    要:通过熔融接枝反应在Haake转矩流变仪中制备了线性低密度聚乙烯接枝甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油脂(LLDPE-g-GMA)。傅立叶红外光谱的分析确定了接枝反应的发生,并根据Lambert-Beer定律定量了接枝率。研究了接枝反应的两个主要影响因素(单体和引发剂过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)的加入量)对接枝率的影响。分析了接枝反应过程中体系扭矩的变化,进而阐明了接枝反应的机理。对接枝产物包括熔融指数和结晶行为等性能的研究证实了这一反应机理。结果表明,当固定LLDPE/GMA/DCP=100/8/1时,可以制备较高接枝率且综合性能优异的LLDPE-g-GMA。

Abstract:Glycidyl methacrylate(GMA) grafting linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE) was prepared by melt-grafted reaction in Haake mixer.Grafting reaction was determined by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) and grafting yields were calculated according to Lambert-Beer principle.The influence of two most important factors: monomer and initiator to the grafting yields was studied.The torque of Haake revealed the change of viscosity during grafting reaction and could be used to reflect the grafting mechani...
