摘    要:采用差示扫描量热(DSC)法研究水分对聚异氰酸酯(PMDI)与淀粉、复合变性淀粉反应的影响,测定了其化学反应动力学参数。研究发现,在相同的水分条件下,复合变性淀粉比原淀粉表现出更高的反应活性;随着淀粉试样中水分增加,PMDI消耗的比例逐渐增加,且增加幅度比较明显;在相同的升温速率下,随着水分增加,PMDI与淀粉、复合变性淀粉的最高转化率温度(峰谷温度)逐渐升高。该结果为进一步确定淀粉基水性异氰酸酯木材胶粘剂的热压工艺提供了科学依据。

Abstract:The effect of moisture on the reactions of polymeric diphenylmethane diisocyanate(PMDI) to the starch and the modified starch was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and the dynamic parameters were determined.The results indicate that the reactivity of the modified starch is higher than that of the starch at the same moisture content.The reaction rate of PMDI obviously increases as increasing the moisture content(MC) of the samples.And at the same heating rate,the temperature of the highe...
