粘结NdFeB磁体的制备工艺

摘    要:利用NdFeB 磁粉、聚酰亚胺制备了粘结NdFeB 磁体。研究了磁粉粒度、偶联剂用量、粘结剂用量、成型压力和粘结剂性能对粘结磁体磁性能及力学性能的影响。实验结果表明,合理的粒度配比(粗∶细为33∶67) 、偶联剂用量(磁粉0. 9 %) 、粘结剂用量(磁粉3. 2 %) 、合适的压力(600 MPa) 以及以聚酰亚胺作为粘结剂,可以获得具有较好磁性能和力学性能的粘结NdFeB 磁体。

Abstract:The bonded NdFeB magnet was prepared with NdFeB magnetic powders and polyimide. The effects of particle size of magnetic powders, coupling agent content, adhesive content, molding pressure and adhesive property on the magnetic and mechanical properties of bonded magnets were studied. The results indicate that the bonded NdFeB magnets with good properties can be obtained by a proper ratio of big particles to small particles, appropriate amount of coupling agent and adhesive, proper pressure and polyimide. The ratio of the coarse particles to the fine ones was 33 to 67. The contents of coupling agent and adhesive were 0.9% and 3.2%, respectively. The proper pressure was 600 MPa.
