| 摘 要： | 为了减少国产清梳联纺出生条中的短绒、棉结，对流程中ＦＡ００６型往得抓棉机、ＦＡ１０６型锯片打手开棉机、ＺＦＡ１７２型棉箱和ＦＡ２０３型梳棉机进行了工艺参数优选，优选工艺参数使生条短绒减少了２２．０４％、棉结减少了４２％，条干ＣＶ％值、细纱断裂功都有不同程度的改善。

| Abstract: | In order to decrease the short fibres and the neps of card sliver on domestic blowing\|carding units,this paper optimized the processing parameters of FA006 reciprocating bale plucker,FA106 saw\|preces beater opening machine,ZFA172 blowing\|carding units hopper and FA203 card,by using the optimum processing parameters,the short fibre content of card sliver was decreased 22.4%,the nep was cut down 42%,the yarn coefficient of variation and the yarn rupture work were improved to varying degrees. |
