套管损坏防治技术比较研究

摘    要:套管损坏是多种因素综合作用的结果.对此已提出了相应的防治对策.包括一些套管损坏预防技术,如地应力研究技术、套管先期保护技术、高压注水井降压增注技术、油气水井配套防腐技术、综合管理技术;套管损坏井修复技术.如井况监测技术、小井眼完井延迟固井技术、中深井Φ139.7mm套管内开窗侧钻技术、取换套技术、复杂落物打捞技术、套管复位整形与打通加固技术、爆炸整形与补贴加固技术、区块综合治理技术。通过对这些套管损坏防治技术的比较研究.为油田合理而有效地运用这些技术提供了依据。

Abstract:Casing failure is the result of integral action of multi-factors, for which corresponding casing failure prevention countermeasures are proposed, such as the techniques of in situ stress research , early maintaining casing, blowdown and stimulation in high pressure injection wells, matched corrosion prevention in oil and gas wells and as well as integral management; repair techniques of casing failure wells such as the techniques for well condition monitoring, delayed cementing of slim hole completion, side tracking of (?)139. 7mm casing in mid-deep wells, casing withdrawal and replace, complicated fishing, casing reposition, shaping, casing getting through and reinforcement, casing explosive shaping, patching and reinforcement and integral block area management. These techniques for casing failure prevention are comparatively studied, which is the basis for rational and effective use of these techniques in oilfields.
