| 摘 要： | 根据国内外防本材料发展趋势认为，传统的沥青防水卷材在当前相当长一段时间内，仍是主导产品。结合屋面工程实际工作状态，分析了两种不同的防水机理，并根据有关材性对比，提出了今后研究方向。

| Abstract: | On the basis of development tendency of wateproof materials at domestic and abroad, for a long time, the main products is still bitument waterproof rolls. With the real states of roofing engineerings, the authors analyse two different mechanisms of waterproof and contrast the matenials properties, the researching direction hereafter is raised herein. |
