| Abstract: | The effect of bath components and operating conditions on phosphorus and polytetrafluoroethylene content of nickel-phosphorus-polytetrafluoroethylene composite electrodeposits was studied. Nickel-phosphorus-polytetrafluoroethylene composite electroplating process was optimized which has strengths such as low cost, fast plating rate and long operating life. |
