| 摘 要： | 发动机燃烧测试分析系统用于测试发动机缸内的压力和温度并对示功图进行分析。系统由NI数据采集卡及LabVIEW 7.1图形化编程语言编写的测试程序软件组成,能实时测试发动机示功图（P-V图、P-Ф图）,同时分析计算发动机的指示压力、指示功、指示功率、指示热效率、机械效率及最高压力升高率按曲轴转角的分布等重要参数。经实际使用及与国外产品相比表明,系统具有界面友好、价格低、操作简单、测量精度高、功能便于扩充等优点。

| Abstract: | The measurement and analysis system of engine combustion can test the engine cylinder pressure and temperature and analyze the indicator diagram.The system is made up of NI data gathering board and analytical software of measurement written by the LabVIEW 7.1 graphics programme.The main function of the system is to test engine indicate diagram（P-V diagram and P-Ф diagram） in real time,to analyze engine indicated pressure,indicated work,indicated power,indicated thermal efficiency,machine efficiency,and maximal pressure rate distributing with crank angle,etc.The system has the following properties： friendly interface,high precision,low cost,simple operation and extended function. |
