适于熔融纺丝的聚丙烯腈熔体物料的研究

摘    要:通过水相悬浮聚合法制得了不同配比及不同相对分子质量的聚丙烯腈(PAN),以水、丙烯腈(AN)为增塑剂对聚合物进行了增塑熔融。研究了增塑剂、聚合物的相对分子质量及共聚单体含量对聚合物熔点的影响,指出聚丙烯腈增塑熔融是可行的。在此基础上,对适于熔融纺丝的聚合物提出了较为具体的要求,确定了增塑剂的用量范围。

Abstract:Polyacrylonitrile(PAN) with different ratio and relative molecular mass was first prepared by the suspension polymerization of aqueous phase and then with water, acrylonitrile(AN) as plasticizers, polymer plasticized melt was prepared. The effect of plasticizer, relative molecular mass of copolymer and amount of comonomer on melting point of polymer was studied. The results showed that plasticized melt of PAN was available, the amount of plasticizer was determined.
