环保铋黄铜中各元素含量对切削性能的影响

摘    要:研究环保Bi黄铜中各元素含量对切削性能的影响,对合理选择其化学成分具有重要的意义。试验表明,随着Cu含量的提高其切削性能逐渐下降;随着Bi含量的提高其切削性能逐渐提高;随着稀土含量的增加其切削性能先减少后增加,且稀土含量在0.03%和0.09%时的效果相同。

Abstract:It is important to rationally choose chemical composition in the bismuth brass by investigating effects of elements in environmentally-friendly bismuth brass on its cutting properties. The results reveal that with increasing in Cu content, the cutting properties of the alloy are declined gradually, while with increasing in Bi content, cutting properties are improved gradually.
