| 摘 要： | 为培养具有中国特色的教练员,本文试图把古代最伟大的军事理论著作《孙子兵法》的一些决策思想与方法引用到教练员决策中来,结合体育教练员的工作实际,探讨了体育竞赛过程中战略决策和战术决策问题,并就体育科学决策的程序和步骤及教练员应具备的素质进行了论述。

| Abstract: | In order to train qualified coaches with Chinese characteristies, this article attempts to introduce some thought.s and methods from the greatest ancient Chinese work on military theory, "Sun Zi MilitaryStrategy and Tactics" , for coaching program decisions. Combining with the practical experience of an athletic coach, this article approaches problems of making strategy and tactics in athlelic competition.It also discusses procedures and steps in making athletic decisions and qulities that a coach must have |
