富县浅层水平井中生产管柱下入可行性分析

摘    要:富县区块储层埋藏浅、渗透率低,直井开发效果差,需用水平井技术提高开发效果,而在浅层水平井中生产管柱与套管壁之间摩擦阻力大,因此存在作业风险。通过应用有限元方法建立了能描述生产管柱与套管壁之间非线性随机接触问题的方程,求解该方程可以得出在水平井眼中生产管柱的变形量、摩擦阻力和管柱载荷。通过编程计算表明,在富县的浅层水平井中生产管柱能通过自重下入,但井下摩擦阻力大,井口悬重低。

Abstract:It is necessary to adopt horizontal well technology to improve the development effect for the reservoir of Fu County Block,which is buried in shallow with low permeability leading to bad effect for vertical well development.However there is operating risk because frictional resistance is large between production strings and casing wall in shallow horizontal wells.On the basis of finite element method,the equation is set up to describe nonlinear random contact between production strings and casing wall.Solving it may obtain deformation degrees of production strings,frictional resistance and strings load.Programming calculation shows that the production strings in shallow horizontal wells of Fu County Block can trip in by self weight,the downhole frictional resistance,though,is large and wellhead has a low hanging load.
