摘    要:介绍了新型背带式保温技术在延迟焦化装置焦炭塔上的应用情况。这种保温结构设计合理、保温性能良好、寿命较长、外形美观、节能降耗效果明显,较好地适应了延迟焦化装置焦炭塔的生产特点。

Abstract:The application situation of new type suspender shape thermal insulation technology on coke drum in delayed coking unit was recommended. The design of that thermal insulation Construction was reasonable. The performance of thermal insulation was good. The service life was relative longer. The effect of energy saving and consumption-reducing was obvious and it conformed to the production feature of coke drum for delayed coking unit in fairly good.
