摘    要:
采用电炉炼钢短流程生产20CrMnTiH工艺,对影响淬透性的冶金因素进行分析,发现工艺过程对化学成份控制精度的影响因素并进行研究优化,建立电炉短流程生产齿轮钢20CrMnTiH子钢号工艺模型,加强从加料到精炼全过程控制,确保产品成份。

Abstract:
Using electric thmace short tlow process of 20GrMntiH production, the metallurgical /actor affecting its quench - hardening ability were analyzed. The effect factors of chemical composition on the controlling precision were researched and optimized. Establish the furnace short - routine model of producting gear steel 20CrMnTiH. Enhance process control from charging to refining, and ensure product ingredients.
