摘    要:研究了时效处理对QBe2/Q235爆炸复合板的QBe2侧硬度的影响,得出复合板的较佳时效处理工艺为310~320℃时效3 h;并研究了在该时效处理工艺前、后,复合板的剪切、粘结和弯曲性能,以及界面显微硬度的变化.结果表明:时效处理后复合板的剪切强度没有明显变化,而粘结强度明显降低,冷弯性能有一定程度的降低,并且在QBe2侧产生了沉淀硬化.

Abstract:The effects of aging time and temperature on the hardness of beryllium bronze (QBe2) layer in QBe2/Q235 explosively welded composite plate were studied. The optimum aging process could be determined as: aging at 310~320 ℃ for 3 h. The properties of sheafing, bonding, flexure proprties and the variation of interface micro-hardness were studied in term of the composite plate, including the aging and nonaging. The results show that for the aging composite plate, the shearing strength rarely changes, while the bonding strength clearly reduces and the flexural strength decreases to some extent. In the QBe2 layer, there is a phenomenon of precipitation hardening.
