摘    要:粗颗粒矿物的浮选既要满足使矿物充分悬浮的强搅拌力要求,又要满足附着在矿化气泡上的矿物颗粒在强搅拌力作用下不致于脱落的要求。本文搭建了实验室动力学测试系统,研究了一种适用于粗颗粒矿物浮选的叶轮所需的流体动力学条件,在清水状态下测定了新型叶轮在浮选槽内各个流体动力学区域的流速,并与普通KYF叶轮进行对比分析,文中最后对新型叶轮在浮选槽内的浮选动力学进行了测试。通过研究表明新型叶轮在和普通KYF叶轮同一转速条件下能有效提高粗颗粒的输送高度,而其能耗却增幅较小,新型叶轮的空气分散度在1.5~2.5。
