聚碳硅烷纤维电子束辐射交联的统计分析

摘    要:在聚碳硅烷简化模型的基础上,根据聚碳硅烷纤维电子束辐射交联的实测数据,利用Charlesby-Pinner关系式对实验结果进行了统计分析. 结果表明,实测数据基本符合Charlesby-Pinner关系式;含乙烯基聚碳硅烷纤维的交联度、裂解度在较大的吸收剂量范围内都近似与吸收剂量成正比.

Abstract:A simplified model of polycarbosilane (PCS) precursor was carried out. On the base of it,Charlesby-Pinner relationship was applied to the process of EB radiation curing of PCS fibers and a statisticalanalysis was made. The results show that, the measured data conform to the Charlesby-Pinnerrelationship and in a large range of absorbed doses. The crosslinking degree and cracking degree of vinyl-containing PCS (VPCS) fibers are approximately proportional to the absorbed dose.
