水合物浆体蓄冷空调系统的运行特性

摘    要:设计和搭建了四丁基溴化铵水合物浆体蓄冷空调系统的实验装置。通过测量系统功耗、流体温度和流量、系统压降等参数,计算得到系统的COP等,并验证了前期实验所得的四丁基溴化铵水合物浆体的基本热物性和流动换热关联式。初步测试结果确认了系统运行的可靠性,结合实验数据进行了讨论并给出了系统的改进方案。

Abstract:The air-conditioning system using tetrebutylammonium bromide (TBAB) clathrate hydrate slurry (CHS) as cold storage material was designed and built.By measuring the system power consumption, temperature, flow rate and the pressure drop of the fluid, system COP was evaluated.The measured TBAB CHS thermal properties and the developed flow and heat transfer correlations in the authors’ former experiments were validated by the results of the system operation.The tests confirmed the reliability of this system, however, further improvements are still proposed based on the test results and the corresponding discussion.
