摘    要:XXJ300/500型液压蓄能修井机与现有常规修井机因为有着完全不同的结构和工作原理,因此它们的速度特性也不一样。常规机械式修井机每一档下的管柱起升速度为常量。XXJ300/500型液压蓄能修井机每一力档下的管柱起升稳态速度随负载的变化而变化,同时与节流阀通流面积有关,随着管柱重力的减小,管柱起升时的稳态速度增加,随着节流阀通流面积的增大,管柱起升时的稳态速度也增加。

Abstract:Because XXJ300/500 energy-storing workover rig has a completely different structure and working principle from the conventional rig,its velocity characteristic is not same.The tubing string lifting velocity of the conventional mechanic rig under each particular gear is constant. The tubing string steady-state lifting velocity of XXJ300/500 energy-storing workover rig under each force grade varies with the change of the load,and it also changes with the throttle valve path area.The tubing string steady-state lifting velocity of XXJ300/500 energy-storing workover rig becomes faster with the decrease of the tubing string weight and the increase of the throttle valve path area.
