斜流式水轮机转轮准三元设计方法研究

摘    要:根据准三元流动理论,研究斜流式水轮机转轮叶片的设计方法。推导出对斜流式水轮机转轮更为适用的S1和S2m流面的方程,用有限元法对两个流面方程建立有限元模型,并在S1相对流面首次引入了“等价速度三角形”理论,用轴向速度变化率ζ和流面倾斜参数η来修正因流面倾斜和轴向速度变化而引起叶栅性能变化的影响。利用在两个相对流面间进行迭代求解准三元设计方法,计算出的斜流式水轮机转轮可达到预期设计要求。该设计方法也可推广应用于其他流体机械转轮的设计。

Abstract:This paper is based on the quasi-3D flow theory to study the design method of runner blades of inclined flow turbine and to deduce the formula(the S1 and S2 m relative flow surface formula) that is more applicable for the inclined flow turbine runner and establishes the finite model by the finite method.At the same time we introduce the theory of "the equipollent velocity triangle",which is the first time using in turbine runner design.We used the ratio of axis direction changing and the parameter of flow surface slanted to correct the effect that caused by flow surface that was slant and the change of axis velocity.The effect can make the capability of leaf bar decline.According to method of the quasi-three dimensional flow theories of hydraulic machinery,and alternated computing between the S1 and S2 m relative flow surface.Finally,we gains the results that is satisfied for the requirements of inclined flow turbine's runner.This design method can also apply for the design of other similar hydro-machine runner.
