摘    要:探讨了国产4Cr13钢制饲料压粒模的预先热处理和最终热处理工艺对压粒模力学性能的影响,试验表明,4Cr13钢制饲料压粒模经低温碳氮共渗,真空高压气淬后,其强韧性,耐磨性能及使用寿命显著提高,可替代进口产品。

Abstract:The effect of preheat treating and final heat treating technology on mechanical properties of the forage extruding die made of 4Cr13 steel was studied in this paper.The test results showed that strength and toughness,wear resistance and service life of the forage extruding die treated by carbonitriding and vacuum high pressure gas quenching can be improved.It can instead of import die.
