摘    要:研究了4株产酸白腐菌在碱性黑液体系中pH值、固体量、酸析与酸溶木质素、COD的变化状况。结果表明碱性对产酸白腐菌具有抑制作用。S4B、S6B及S5B(pH=9)不能适应碱性环境,S1B和S5B(pH=8)能够适应一定的碱性环境,同时改变体系pH值、木质素和COD。S1B可将环境酸碱度从初始的pH=8、pH=9下降到pH=1,即通过产酸与生产降解,去除体系中木质素,COD去除率达73%。说明产酸白腐菌在碱性黑液中可以发挥产酸与降解的双重功能,可应用于黑液的生物处理。

Abstract:The changes of solid mass, pH, soluble lignin, COD during the course of alkaline (pH=8 & pH=9) black liquor being degraded with four acid producing white rot fungi (S1B,S4B,S5B and S6B) are studied. The solid mass, pH, soluble lignin and COD don't have evident change when alkaline (pH=8) black liquor is degraded with S4B and S6B, and alkaline (pH=9) black liquor is degraded with S4B, S5B and S6B.It shows that alkaline condition could limit the acid producing white rot fungi degradation and the growth of acid producing white rot fungi. But to a certain extent, S1B and S5B could adapt and adjust the alkaline condition. The pH and COD keep decreasing when alkaline (pH=8 & pH=9) black liquor is degraded with S1B and alkaline (pH=8) black liquor is degraded with S5B. Within 5 days, pH decreases to pH=1, and the percentage of COD removal is 73% after having been degraded and produced acid with S1B , with little increase in solid mass and soluble lignin. It proves that the acid producing white rot fungi (S1B and S5B) could grow on alkaline black liquor through adjusting alkaline to acid condition and use substance of black liquor to decrease COD. Thus, it can be concluded that it is possible to deal with black liquor with selective acid producing white rot fungi.
